Pillows & matress is very hard which was very uncomfortable. Staff didnt had any soft pillows. Paid breakfast you get option for only 1 drink and 1 snack from a basic list not from the cafe's menu. Room is not soundproof at all. You hear everything which happens on the road.

Very very small room and bathroom. I understand this to be the average size in Japan but if you're tall/big I'd encourage you to look elsewhere. The air conditioning only seemed to run hot so we had to have the window open and the main road was extremely noisy throughout the night meaning we did not sleep well for the 4 nights we were there. Subway stations nearby and close to the golden gai area and shinjuku centre.
