I got there at 10:30pm and there was a note on the door that they were closed due to a burst pipe but they had not contacted me either directly or via hotels.com to warn me. Luckily I was able to find somewhere else that late at night for a similar price but that as just luck.

The price was right for the stay, but if I wasn’t, just going in sleeping and leaving, I never would have stayed in that dirt pit. The man up front was really nice, the bathroom was filthy, as was the rest of the room, but the price was cheap!

When I got there to check in, it took me 30 minutes of walking around to try to find someone. Once I did and he took me to the room, it had no towels or anything. There was toothpaste in the sink from the last guy. There was dried blood on the bathroom door, the light in the bathroom didn’t work so they had a lamp in there with the cord going across the sink to plug in to the outlet. No trash can. The toilet leaked out of the bottom. This place should be condemned!

The parking was ok I do understand they are doing work but when we ched in we were told no TV or Internet! That's ok we just needed a place to sleep. The other thing was there was a coffee pot but the container you put coffee in was missing on the maker and the coffee that was there did not match the coffee maker so could have coffee then there were no soaps or shampoo or any thing to shower with. There was a used small bottle of body wash tucked in a roll of toilet paper. Was not going to use that had telling if that was truly in the bottle.

First room the heater kept throwing the breaker, so got another room, TV remote wouldn't work after a 1 hour figured out how to turn on manually then TV was ok. No towels in room. Overall it's ok to stay in a pinch. But what to expect for a 2 star motel. Get what you pay for.

Everhing !! The room was complete dirty the curtains the floor even super webs !!! The toilet was awful so dirty , the AC was not working at all, inhumane.

The rooms were very dirty. We went and asked for another room with the hope it would be clean and the second room was even worse. There was a pill on the floor of one room and medication bottle and an old used vape pen on the floor of the other. Dirty bathrooms, counters, floor, tub, sink and splatters on the mirrors of both. We did not stay. We booked a different hotel and requested a refund.

I got there. They did not have my reservation, gave me a room anyway.. without ID or CC! Got to the room and the window was shattered. I did not feel safe, it was very sketchy! The people did not know how to use the system!

Disappointing

Front desk staff appeared to be working alone. Was very polite and responsive and helpful when we asked for some items. Room was okay, but carpets need a good shampooing or at least vacuuming!

Room for okay for the price I called the hotel to frien find out if the pool and hot tub was working and the person I talk to said that it was working I decided on that hotel for the pool after check in and I see that there was no pool in hot tub I called the front desk to ask and the guy was rude

We never stayed here ( although i think my credit card was charged) when we got there, NO ONE came to the front desk, place looked desserted, it appeared to be a Travel Lodge under renovation. Going to be a Stage Couch Inn???? I am so dicussted and tried to contact the motel, to explain to them NO ONE was on the premises to help us!

Staff was really friendly and helpful, but unfortunately the room didn't meet cleanliness standards. It was strewn with dead bugs, black mold (microbial growth) growing in the shower, the toilet was not in great shape. There was a white stain next to the sink, and the remnants of liquid of the walls. No one had stayed in this room for many months, or years, perhaps. No breakfast was offered, but understandable as there was only one staff member (who was great).

Worst motel I have ever reserved. Did NOT even end up staying at the facility. Disgusting rooms to say the least... unsure when the last time it was cleaned and the smell was horrible. I will never try to save a buck again. Terrible experience after an exhausting day. Not even the correct rooms I reserved, not that I would put my worst enemy in this motel. Thank goodness for availability in the other hotels in this town. This facility should update pictures so people aren't catfished into thinking its even applicable to stay in. Awfull, Disgusting, Terrible, Health Hazard!!! DO NOT STAY HERE

Terrible service

It was convenient that was off freeway. We checked in and asked how many towels we need and gave us some. In room, the toliet was really loose where could rock on it. Tried to call front desk no answer. In morning was planning to have breakfast that was to be included but they had it blocked off. A few different times we rang the front desk bell but no one came. We were going to ask about the breakfast. Also had a couple bugs in the room.

Complete mess with the check in. Couldn't find the reservation with travelocity. Charged me a separate no show fee even after staying there (still battling that one) Continental breakfast was cereal or toast. No juices.
