The elevators were both down, way overbooked, zero enforcement of curfew, most the 1st floor was under construction which wasn’t mentioned until after check in, because of this to get to the pool had to go outside and walk around the building while it was 30 degrees outside.. pool was dirty hot tub was cold because they allowed literally over 50 kids in pool and another 20 in hot tub.. pool room was supposed to be adults only from 9-10 by 9:30 they finally got kids out.. zero access to fitness center.. front desk lady did her best but was left there alone and was way over worked.. couldn’t even walk away to put towels in pool room or to properly enforce rules..

Everything about this stay was horrible except my daughter had a good birthday party. Check in was at 3. We waited past 4 to even get a room. They said their housekeepers quit and managers were cleaning rooms. Our party was supposed to start at 4. We had 3 other families waiting on rooms as well. Some didn’t even get in there’s until after 5. We were supposed to be on the 2nd floor got moved to the 4th. That floors ice machine was out of order. Had to go to 3. Only one elevator was working and they are sold out so waiting for that. Then that one stopped working around 8:30. So no elevator the rest of our stay. So when we left this morning I had to make 5 trips down 4 flights of stairs since we had a lot of birthday party stuff. The whole first floor in under renovation so to get to the pool area you have to walk completely outside and use a side door to enter in the cold. Not good for kids at all. The normal entrance to the pool is closed. And because the elevators are broken and the other stairwell is in the closed area you can’t get to then everybody from floors 2-4 is using one stairwell! And nobody from the hotel mentioned about any of these inconveniences. And the pool closes at 9 so that meant the birthday party kids couldn’t enjoy for very long. The only bathroom area was out of order because it was clogged and the front desk said they couldn’t do anything other thank put it out of order. So all kids had to walk back in the cold soaking wet to go use bathroom.

30 plus people in a pool party that is against company policy. Hot tub had 12 kids in it. When bringing this issue to the front desk they said that they talked to the main manager 4 times but said he was forgiving and they weren’t going to do anything about it. Room was clean but freezing even with heat fully blasted. We got this room specifically to enjoy the hot tub and pool. Not impressed.
