It was like staying in a fairy tale castle. The place is spotless, with great spacios rooms and immaculately designed common areas. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, flexible and really helpful. Idyllic views and tasty breakfast. Highly recommend!

Staff was great. The cleanliness of the room not so much. There was hair in the sinks, the (2) toilets were dirty, there was toothpaste splatter on the mirror and faucets. I don’t think the bathroom was cleaned before we got there. The floor could have been cleaned better. There were garment tags and hair here and there. Overall the stay was pleasant. Beautiful place.

The temperature in the room was set up at 73° and the thermostat was locked. The attendant did not want to unlock it, and I had to demand the owner of the property to be called at which time the key for the box was found, and I was allowed to adjust the temperature in the room.
