The hotel was nice but was disappointed that the heavily advertised hot tub was exclusive to over 18 with an additional fee. I feel like this age restriction should be disclosed prior to booking. Apart from that it was a very nice hotel with lovely staff, in a nice city.

Nous sommes venus en couple a Vichy, pour un weekend de 3 jours. Tout a été nickel a l'hôtel et le personnel a été très agréable. Petits bémols, les petits déjeuners à 18 euros (!!) et la salle de bain un peu étroite. Le reste était parfait.

Parking de l’hôtel surveillé moyennant 9 euros, mais vraiment pratique pour laisser les affaires dans la voiture, on a même pu laisser la voiture jusqu’à 13 h le jour de départ histoire de refaire une promenade bord du lac vraiment magnifique à deux pas de l’hôtel Mention spécial pour le personnel tous souriant agréable bienveillant ça donne envie de revenir Merci à elle. Le personnel est très professionnel et les équipements sont en parfait état. L'accès en voiture et le parking est compliqué mais l'hôtel propose un parking payant assez grand.
