Poor maintenance , yard unmaintained , mix of rotten fruits and other trash welcomes guests upon reaching gate . Front gate doesn’t latch and people can just go around the back and enter the property . Unused furnitures and junks piled up inside property from the front door , laundry room piled up with used comforters . Our room drawers still has items from previous occupants , presence of large amount of orangey powder inside drawers , free- standing cabinet not a single hanger , only 1 towel for 2 guests and only a bottom sheet and comforter to cover the bed , no top sheet . Shower is only available on 2nd floor and no elevator for disabled guest to access . Only one outlet is working to charge phone. I didn’t see any shampoo nor soap in bathroom . Old peeling paints , dirty and cracked walls , door knobs doesn’t close properly . Property requires extensive repairs , not suited for accommodation .I scored it 1 start to give credit for the big room .
