Room was clean and neat although it was a bit smaller than shown in the pictures as well as construction right in front of the building so it can be a little noisy but other than that it was a great stay!! Staff were friendly and kind. The area is also great, around the corner is Florida street with a ton of stores and places to get food.

It's a nice modern hotel and the hotelroom too. I stayed one night. The staff was very helpful and service-minded. The room I had was 16 square meters, so it's not plenty of space, but space enough. Free coffee and water in the reception area. Restaurants and was located on the same street. Close to Retiro train and busterminal. I had a good stay there.

Clean room, nice staff. Needs a shelf near the bed with more room and an outlet to charge s phone that doesn't shut off the light when you plug it in. Coffee only in the lobby but not on the room. Also the lobby was out of cups that morning and I had to wait over an hour for cups.

Hotel pequeno! Reformado Recente! Tudo novo! Quartos pequenos, mas tv com streaming! Ar condicionado novo, Cama e enxovais novos! Chuveiro bom! Pertinho Galeria Pacifico e comercio Avenida Florida. Lojas e conveniências. Ideal para Objetivos de negócios é aproveitar passeios. Nos atendeu muito bem no quesito custo/beneficio. Tem uma obra grande de frente! Mas a acústica do hotel é boa. Mas incomoda um pouco no horário comercial, no nosso caso ficamos pouco no hotel durante o dia por causa dos city tur. Levar adaptador Reverso macho tomada, alguns quartos tem tomadas normas do Brasil outras não. Mas consegui comprar na conveniência ao lado. Equipes hotel muito educados e Sólidos.

Malheureusement des gens, probablement du personnel de l'établissement, se sont introduit dans ma chambre dans l'après midi et m'ont dérobé un billet de 100 dollars US. Informant l'hotel que j'allais déposer plainte, j'ai reçu une message que la femme de ménage avait retrouvé un billet 100 dollars ! lol ! bien évidement j'ai tout vérifié avant de partir et le billet n'était pas là. Donc c'est sympa de m'avoir ramené le billet, mais la prochaine fois je préfèrerai que personne ne s'introduise dans ma chambre 1h seulement après le check-in (donc pas de ménage à faire l'après midi...) A part ça les chambres sont trop petites, vous ne pouvez même pas ouvrir votre valise entre le lit et le mur. Je déconseille.

na reserva faltou a informacao de que o quanrto nao possui frigobar, isso me causou suupresas. Limpeza do quanrot nao é das melhores, alem da falta de cuidado em deixar o quarto aberto. Excelente localizacao e atendimento da recepcao maravilhoso. A fala de cafe da manha limita a qalidade do local.
