Buccees is right across the street and so is a CVS. It's easy to get to and convenient if you're in Katy Mills area. There is coffee in the morning downstairs, I recommend an upper floor though for noise.

We stayed 2 nights with kids. Location was convenient to the interstate but in industrial area. Eating places and mall easy to get to. Hotel exterior and interior looked recently built and cared for. However hotel has no amenities. Poor coffee available for a few hours . Terrible sheets. vending machines.
