When I arrived at the Motel. I noticed the sign said no pets allowed. The door to the office was locked and it was late in the afternoon A lady opened the door and went behind the front desk and she seemed agitated but she continues to check me in and I asked her about the no pets allowed sign and she said they they didn't allow pets but I asked her than how come it's listed on the hotels.com website as dog friendly and I showed her that it was listed as dog friendly then she mentioned that she would have to ask her husband permission and he responded back saying that he would allow my dog if I paid an extra $25.00 fee and I did pay the fee and I was checked in. The motel was decent and roomy. There was a convenient store next door to the motel and there was a Mc Donald's and a Starbucks across the street from the motel. The place was usually quiet but there were occasional cars screeching tires and speeding down the road. When I checked out of the motel, I took my dog out to go the bathroom but he couldn't wait and he began to pee in a grave area in front of my room and the Manager saw me and he appeared to be very upset but I took my dog off the property and he pooped in the grass on the edge of the road near the motel then I cleaned up after my dog and I returned the key to the manager in the office and he snatched the keys out of my hand and said nothing as I left. I'm disappointed in my stay and I won't be returning to that property again.

I tried for two days to call the hotel prior tp arrival. Never could get anyone to answer. Arrived at hotel, no one at the desk. Had to ring bell to get someone to let us in. As i was checking in, I asked about coffee in the lobby or room. Nothing was offered other than going out somewhere to get some. Got the key to the room, went to open door, didn’t need a key. The door was in such a state of disrepair that you had to slam it to fully close it. The only security wascinside with a slide chain. The room was old and and bur appear clean, but mold was growing inthe bathroom window. The heating/AC unit would run, shut off after maybe a minute and torn back on. This happened thru several minutes, then finally run. This went on all night. There was a very nice TV, but it did not work. Worst experience ever in hotels. The facilty showed very high rating online, but there was nothing about the place that would justify that rating. Could not ever in good conscience give it anything other than the lowest rating.

These people dont understand english well. I didnt know it was no pets. The lady asked if we had pets, i said yes but he was staying in the car. She kept telling me no pets in room, i told her i know. The cat would be in the car. She didnt understand that i was leaving the caz in the car. The old man came in, decided i was rude. He he refused to register us. I told him he needed to go back to his country. I asked for my money back. He said he didnt give money back. I needed zo contact the refund insurance. I dont know if ill get it back. Refunds are for illness, or transportation problems. NOT PET FRIENDLY. JUST IN TO MAKE MONEY. I DIDNT HAVE MORE MONEY TO GET ANOTHER PLACE. HE HAD ALREADY MADE UP HIS MIND. I WENT THERE 4ARLIER TO CHECK IN. THE EMAIL HAD SAID BY ELEVEN. HE SAID AFTER 3PM. HE EVEN CALLED THE LITTLE PLACE WHETE WE ENDED UP STAYING. SHE CALLED HIM TO SEE IF IT WAS "OKAY". IT COST MORE AND I MAY NOT GET MY MONEY REFUNDED FROM HIS MOTEL. I DID YELL AT HIM. I FELT LIKE DIRT ON TH3 GROUND. HE NEEDS TO HAVENO PETS ON THE COMPUTER PAGE. THE ANIMAL THAT WAS WITH ME IS A SERVICE ANIMAL. FIR THE GENTLE MAN THAT I CARE FOR. THIS PLACE BY LAW CANT REFUSE CUSTMERS FOR THAT RESSON. BAD SERVICE .
