Was given a room smelt off cigarettes 2nd room given went in room and smelt in there also bed was not very comfy and the fan in the bathroom was to noisy I left what a waste of 60 pounds never again

The room was basic but couldn’t complain. Staff friendly and the area it’s beautiful. Not fair from derby city centre but enough for you to feel in the county. Pub next door was nice as well.

THE ROOM WAS OK CLEAN AND TIDY WITH GOOD PARKING. THE PERSON I SPOKE TO AT RECEPTION WAS PERSONABLE AND HELPFUL. THE ROOM WAS LOOKING A BIT TIRED BUT OTHER THEN THAT WE BOTH HAD A GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP. Stayed here a few times working away, always cold, given electric radiators but this time they was a condom floating in the toilet. Knew the rooms didn’t get cleaned properly as bottles and fries still under the bed but a confom floating in the toilet is disgusting. Never again
