yes, the room had a dirty ceiling fan, dust hanging off the side of the ceiling fan, the swimming pool outside of the 3 building needs vacummed. Staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was great.

Very nice place to stay with kids. They can go to an indoor or outside pool.Then if they buy a pass or if it comes with the stay then can go to indoor splash park. You can eat at the restaurant there and do things there at their fun area inside as well.

Honestly, we were very impressed with the resort. The owners have done an amazing job of masking sure that you can be entertained and have a great stay at the same time. With arcades, water parks, and lodging all on the same property it is very convenient. The property is well maintained.

There were never enough towels in fir use in the water park or the pool area. They do not have the ability to charge other resort experiences to your room, which means you either have to carry cash or credit card with you every when you decide to go to the pool or the water park. We also got locked out of our room and had to go to the office twice to be able to get back in our room. Really disappointing weekend.

This is our first time at Branson and at this hotel. Our family enjoyed this resort but the service only came by twice, the day after we arrived and the day before we left. We put out a sign to have the room the other couple of days to have our room cleaned because we were running low on amenities, but never came. Also, the parking is not the best depending on the building location because if someone parks in front of your room, your SOL and have to park at other spots. We enjoyed the room overall and my boys loved the bunk beds. You also get pool passes to check out their water slides and other activities but be aware the lifeguards are strict for the water waves. If your child is under 42' and not within arms length be prepared to get a talking too. I probably got in trouble at least 5 times... I understand those are the rules but at times it was just silly.
