This was the best ** ever. The owner could not have been better, the shower, room patio, restaurant were perfect. The door outside to patio eliminated all exterior sounds. Might have been best shower l have experienced. Almost no town this was a worthwhile destination hotel.

As always, we love staying here - Our 3rd time. The only complaint was it was not long enough. We love the food, but the restaurant was closed for one of our dinners. While we realize everyone needs a day off, the automated option did not work as well as we hoped. The room was very clean and comfortable. We love how welcome the owners make us feel. Can't wait to stay again!!

Si digo que este es uno de los hoteles más encantadores, acogedores y bonitos a los que he ido, no exagero. El valor de la familia y del orgullo por lo que tienen, lo demuestran cada día con el servicio y el trato de atención al cliente. Las dependencias, tanto habitacionales como el propio restaurante, juegan en consonancia con la tradición típicamente vasca. Mi familia y yo nos hemos sentido como en casa, alrededor de personas que se esfuerzan por hablar tu idioma, en alas de aconsejarte las mejores experiencias que vivir allí y en los alrededores de este lugar mágico. No sé cuándo volveré, pero desde luego Erreguina quedará siempre guardado en mis mejores recuerdos y en los de mi familia. Merci beaucoup, et à bientôt!
