We had a truly wonderful stay at this resort. The hotel staff were incredibly professional, kind, and always ready to help. The rooms were cozy and spotlessly clean. The resort is located right by the ocean. Our room has a spacious balcony — perfect for enjoying the view. The surrounding area is absolutely charming. We had a beautiful time and know I’ll miss it. We traveled with a service dog, and at no point — neither during the phone booking nor on-site — did I feel that our dog was unwelcome. Quite the opposite: everything felt inclusive and respectful. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

This is the 4th time I've stayed at an Inn Season resort in Falmouth. There are 3 properties available and they are all quite nice. This visit was at Captains Quarters overlooking Heights Beach. It was a winter weekend with a steady fall of very fine snow. The accommodations are always spot on. It was picturesque and a perfect weekend getaway to relax and unwind.

The room met all of our expectations except for noise. When any water was used by ourselves or adjoin rooms for baths and toilets, the noise from the water service was quite noticeable. Loud would be a good description. The room was clean, the kitchen well equipped with full sized refrigerator, microwave, and cook top. There was a Jacuzzi even a gas fireplace. Nice place except for the water noise.

Overall good experience

Great location that's close to a beach, food within walking distance, and great food downtown that is a very quick drive. Plenty of parking. Our unit was detached from the main hotel building. The room was very clean when we arrived. Everything functioned as expected and we had no issues. Staff was very friendly. We only had a few gripes over our 10 night stay. -June sunrise comes early (for us, at least) and it starts getting light outside at 4:50am. The unit only had wood blinds, no blackout shades. Several mornings was difficult to get back to sleep. -The room felt kind of humid despite us turning the HVAC to "Dry A/C" mode. It would come and go even though we hadn't showered recently. Always used the shower vent. Was slightly uncomfortable at times. -Probably biggest complaint was simply because of other customers above us. We had at least 3 different couples above during our stay. And we heard every chair move, every water faucet open, every step, and every departure (early morning drivers). It really sounded like everyone was rearranging furniture. We fought a few mornings to get back to sleep. Cheap laminate floors are loud. Rugs, carpet, or just pads for the furniture and chairs would help so much.
