Custo/Benéficio bom. Quartos com ar condicionado, sofá espaçoso, chuveiri bom, condomínio funcional e tranquilo, a 3 quadras da praia(não muito cheia , com calçadão para corridas e caminhadas, 15 min a pé de um grande supermercado. Ponto à melhorar, a cozinha com bancada muito pequena e sentimos falta de um mixer e um ralo maior..
