I'm gonna say the hotel and staff are really ok, no problems at all. Parking is an issue if you are driving there and when I asked where I could park I was directed to an area that has a "90mins Max" restriction. If we'd gone on the train/underground it would not of been a problem. Reception doubles as a bar, so don't expect a bar area but soft drinks are reasonably priced for London (didn't order any alcohol so don't know). Overall friendly staff, rooms are a little tight but clean and of a decent standard. Outside tacky multi coloured doors do not reflect the higher standard of decor inside the rooms. Floors are a bit wonky as they should be in an old English building and add character. I would stay there again but not if I was driving.
