Très bon séjour, appartement très pratique, bien placé, climatisé, exactement ce que je cherchais. Piscine sympa au terrasse. Communication avec l’agence efficace et gentille par WhatsApp mais je j’ai pas réussi à les avoir au téléphone. Apres le checkout pas de possibilité d’utiliser la terrasse/piscine pour passer du temps en attendent un vol plus tard, règle (compréhensible) de la co-propriété.

O apartamento fica bem localizado e isso facilitou a minha semana de trabalho em Salvador. O prédio conta com uma boa academia e piscina. No entanto, a localidade é um pouco barulhenta por conta do movimento urbano. Os utensílios disponíveis para uso não são de boa qualidade, inclusive alguns não funcionaram corretamente, como a frigideira que apresentou problema de contato com o fogão de indução, a cafeteira que tinha sujeira encrustada e a cortina do quarto que estava caindo. Após vários vídeos comprovando o problema com o equipamento, consegui com que a host me enviasse uma frigideira funcional.

Passei minha lua de mel no apartamento é literalmente não sentir falta de nada , me sentir em casa , muito confortável, aconchegante, bem localizado , portaria 24hs e o principal muito prestativos , conseguir me locomover com segurança pelas redondezas, panificadora, farmácia , sorveteria, salão tudo na mesma rua , mercado inclusivo pela cozinha super equipada conseguir preparar várias refeições, enfim percebe-se o quanto ficamos satisfeitos , voltarei mais vezes , parabéns pelo atendimento.

O apartamento em si é excelente, equipado com tudo e muito confortável, além da localização ser ótima e próximo de tudo. Nosso único ponto negativo não é sobre o apartamento em si, mas sobre a empresa que o administra: são irredutíveis e não tem maleabilidade alguma sobre os horários de check-in e check-out, ainda que não haja locações nos dias antes/depois, visam apenas o lucro e as taxas para troca de horário são o valor de uma nova diária. Ficamos muito insatisfeitos com isso, apesar de tudo.
