Pool area was quite chilly. Hot tub not working 😕 Sauna not working. Outdoor pool too cold to enjoy Pool liner had too many uncomfortable ripples Sand / dirt in the bottom of pool unimpressive.

There was a friendly man I believe his name was Jose who worked the check-in counter. He was always there ,always smiling, always friendly. Really made my day every time I came down to go to the pool to see him smiling and waving hello. Honestly he is the best part of the hotel. Pools cool too. Lol

Over we enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed the outdoor rink and a quick hike with relaxing views. Our 6yo daughter enjoyed the pool. The rooms were showing their age, with peeling wallpaper, and no hot water. We did bring up the hot water issue with the front desk , which they resolved with a complimentary dessert from the hotel restaurant .

Disappointing experience. We were not told until we arrived that the pool was closed (main attraction and reason we brought our kids there). Then, when getting them ready for bed, the water poured brown in our room’s bathtub. Long story short, the facility is becoming dated. On a positive note, the service at the restaurant was good and the cross country ski trails were beautiful!

This is an amazing property, but they had some physical plant issues while we were there - likely due to extreme cold weather. No hot water in the morning wasn't fun. We will go again as it is ideal for families.

Our room sink was sliding all over the place, the toilet flushed about 50% of the time, the shower was broken. It’s a good hotel in general with great amenities but things need repair.

Beautiful location! Room was great with a lovely view. The restaurant is just okay. The adults only pool area is really nice, but guaranteed at least one pool will be out of order when you visit. The hot tub was filthy. The temperate pool was really nice. The indoor/outdoor hot tub was out of order.

Pool areas were not fully operating, there was a bucket in the hallway collecting water from the leaking roof. Room was not cleaned well as there was cobwebs along the ceiling and food under the bed.

Overall, a really nice place to go on a vacation Although I was disappointed to find out I could have brought my dog.Pets are allowed to stay for $15 per night. Just not in the pool area or in the restaurant that is on expedia though
