Opossum infestation

Terrible. The hotel is very old and infested with opossums. On the second night, I heard a noise in the patio door, and it was an opossum trying to get in. The next day, I saw two more running by the rooms. When I told the front desk, the man said they knew about it. It's an ongoing issue, but they cannot get rid of the opossums. We left that day, and hotels.com did not refund the unused nights, which was pretty disappointing.

Ótimo custo benefício, achei super em conta pois a piscina é ótima, a localização excelente, é passos da praia de taperapuan e fora que o atendimento do bar da piscina é excepcional! Cardápio simples mas tudo saboroso e fresco,Lógico que vi comentários do tipo que os lençóis não são 800 fios mas aí a pessoa quer demais pelo preço ótimo da estadia ! Estava tudo limpo e cheiroso e achei os quartos até espaçosos com café da manhã bom! Enfim resumo , excelente custo benefício me hospedarei novamente com certeza

A limpeza dos quartos ok, funcionarios educados e prestativos, aos serviço pagos prestados como bar e etc.. Não posso opinar pois não usufrui, piscina com uma estrutura muito boa e limpa. O unico ponto negativo do hotel e a Internet, é horrivel nao funciona bem , só em alguns pontos , no quarto que fiquei hospedado não funcionava.

Hotel bom, quarto quando chegamos estava muito limpo e com cheiro bem agradável, liberaram o quarto bem antes do previsto… Um ponto negativo é que a área da piscina fala música, falta Bahia, falta animação… ambiente bem parado e muito quieto…. Os funcionários são bem tranquilos, mesmo trazendo uns petiscos próprios pra piscina eles respeitam o espaço e se mostram disponíveis quando preciso…. O ambiente em torno do hotel é bom, porém o mercado tem preços exorbitantes e um restaurante chamado Butekos é pessimo, fica a dica pra quem estiver vindo….
