Opossum infestation

Terrible. The hotel is very old and infested with opossums. On the second night, I heard a noise in the patio door, and it was an opossum trying to get in. The next day, I saw two more running by the rooms. When I told the front desk, the man said they knew about it. It's an ongoing issue, but they cannot get rid of the opossums. We left that day, and hotels.com did not refund the unused nights, which was pretty disappointing.

Infelizmente tive problemas desde o primeiro dia. Me colocaram no segundo andar sendo que estava com um filho de 7 meses andando de carrinho. Fui conseguir uma banheira de banho só no segundo dia. Poucos funcionários simpáticos. Café da manhã era bom. A iluminação da area da piscina a noite é precária. Bons brinquedos pras crianças.
