Staff was helpful from time we got in to check out. Rooms were clean. I really enjoyed the pool area, gym, and all the different games that are available. Its walking distance to Downtown and to the Mortgage Area. You also have the option of catching the Metro from the airport, for $2, valid for 2hrs and get dropped off a block from hotel which was super convenient. One thing I disliked was, not having access to the other floors. We came as a family group and if we needed to grab something from them we had to meet up on the 8th floor or Main Lobby. I recommend this place and will be staying here again when I come back to Phoenix.

Gigantic room. More of an apartment than a hotel room. Very few amenities. Zero water pressure for a brand new hotel. $50 fee to check in early, and I was made to wait 3h at a nearly empty hotel to avoid the fee. For a new hotel with no bar, restaurant, or even signage to the rooms installed, give the guests a little bit to say thanks while you finish construction.

Everything about this hotel was incredible, from the service to the expansive room, to the amazing 8th floor amenities. This would have been an absolutely perfect stay had we not been woken up to construction and concrete drilling on the floor above us starting at SIX AM and lasting for hours. This was the most abrupt, awful way to end such a wonderful stay and set a terrible start to a long travel day ahead.

This hotel is tech-scary. You have to sign in, scan your ID, scan your credit card, make your own key card, and download an app to pay for parking! When I got to the room (which was actually really nice), the internet was down. TV is Roku, so I couldn't watch TV. Couldn't connect my laptop to the internet. I was offered no compensation for this when I checked out. I'll bet the hotel is getting compensation from Cox Cable for not having service. Why not give me a credit for it? I'd never stay there again, no matter how nice the rooms are. No customer service!!!
