I went there 5 times. The 4th I was robbed at ALA SOL. They took my debit card from safety box. I have all the proof. I wrote to them but nobody answered. This summer I came back (close, good sea) and the food was terrible. Bar bartenders hated Argentine people and, there was a bad service at restos and bad food.The only food for veggie people was salad! What was worse, you had to “fight” in order to get a chair at the beach! Terrible! Last but not least, there isn’t a doctor or a place for quick medical attendance. Even though you have your insurance, I was bitten by a giant ant and I almost collapsed. They should have someone in situ. I love the beach at the place but I am quiet disappointed!

A conservação das acomodações deixa a desejar (antigo), áreas comuns boas, a equipe é excepcional, o Fábio nos atendeu muito bem e foi extremamente solicito. Todos os funcionários do hotel são excepcionalmente cordiais, o ponto alto do hotel é o atendimento, diferente de alguns resorts, no Sauípe Brisa você não bebe cerveja quente na piscina e nem espera muito tempo por um drink. As refeições são bem variadas e o restaurante sempre limpo. Tem acarajé e churrasco na piscina. Brinquedoteca precisa de mais atenção baby copa supriu muito bem as necessidades.

Lugar incrível para descanso em família; todos os colaboradores felizes em servir e nos atender em todas as partes do resosrt. Levam a sério a segurança, e possui ônibus circular para ir as outras atividades no complexo. Comidas e bebidas de ótima qualidade disponíveis o tempo todo em diversos lugares do hotel, muito bom!! Infelizmente meu quarto teve uma infiltração em uma noite de forte chuva e após a tentativa de resolução por um colaborador, alguns insetos saíram do alçapão do gesso. Trocaram meu quarto de imediato. Embora esteja em uma mata, só deixo como sugestão realizarem uma dedetização mais eficiente nos locais do hotel. De resto a administração está de parabéns! Obrigado!

Resort excelente para passar dias com a família. Comida maravilhosa (raro em resorts all inclusive), com um cardápio dinâmico ao longo dos dias. Bar com diversas opções de bebidas não alcoólicas, de drinks e de cervejas (chopp Brahma e latas das marcas da Ambev). Quartos confortáveis e limpos. Staff muito solícito e dedicado. Piscina e instalações bem cuidadas. O único inconveniente são os representantes do Clube Aviva que ficam abordando os hóspedes em seu momento de descanso, sem falar diretamente sobre o que se trata.

Na chegada já enfrentamos dois problemas no quarto: o televisor funcionava apenas com som, sem imagem, e o vaso sanitário estava com dificuldade na descarga e com a tampa solta. Informamos imediatamente, mas os reparos só foram concluídos na noite do dia seguinte, após várias cobranças. Na área da piscina, o atendimento é insuficiente. Havia apenas três colaboradores responsáveis por atender os pedidos e, ao mesmo tempo, recolher latas, garrafas, pratos e copos. A sobrecarga é evidente e compromete a qualidade do serviço. Não se trata de falta de empenho individual, mas de dimensionamento inadequado da equipe. Outro ponto: o site informa que o hotel dá acesso às demais unidades do complexo. Contudo, já na chegada fomos informados de que isso não é possível. A informação divulgada não corresponde à prática. Também constatamos que a programação anunciada no site não condiz com a realidade, especialmente na “Toca da Zueira”. Há clara desatualização das informações. Para famílias com filhos atípicos, recomendo confirmar previamente toda a programação e a dinâmica do espaço kids antes de deixá-los nas atividades. A previsibilidade e a organização fazem diferença, e muito! No geral, a estadia foi satisfatória. Contudo, para o padrão de excelência divulgado, ocorrências dessa natureza não deveriam acontecer. Já nos hospedamos em outras unidades do complexo, e a experiência foi superior, reforçando a expectativa de maior qualidade e consistência nos serviços oferecidos.

Quarto com bom tamanho, funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos! O que deixa a desejar são as bebidas, alguns drinks já ficam prontos no bar, não tem água de coco no coco, os drinks alcoólicos difícil de tomar. Só existe 1 restaurante no all inclusive, o restante é pago! Então, começa a cansar a mesma comida! As atividades e aluguel de bike tudo pago também!
