Great stay overall. The location was super convenient—just a short walk to the subway, which made getting around easy. The location was very good. The staff was very friendly. There is a parking garage adjacent to the hotel that was priced fairly reasonably for New York. The room is very modern. The windows are well-insulated against the noise. Unfortunately the air conditioning was not working and the room was very warm.

The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. However, the food at the hotel restaurant was disappointing and should be avoided. The surrounding area was not ideal, and we noticed several people with issues near the hotel. While I didn’t feel unsafe, it wasn’t the most ideal place, especially with children. Additionally, there were limited restaurants and bars, making it unsuitable for a night out. On the positive side, it was convenient to get to Yankee Stadium. In summary, it’s a good option if you’re heading to Yankee Stadium, but don’t bother eating at the restaurant.

- Room was clean with decent-sized bathroom - However, not a single chair and bed is adjacent against wall - Hotels.com DOES NOT mention $25/day amenities fee, which it is unclear what amenities are being offered except for the drink coupons that force you to patronize their restaurant (and of course gratuity not included) - Good location since not many hotels in Washington Heights - Likely will not stay here again unless there are no other options

Be wary if booking through Hotels.com. This property will charge you a $25 a night amenity fee not included in the booking total but will be part of your incidental charges. You’ll get two vouchers per night to use on cafe drinks, bar drinks, or snacks, but not bakery items. Rooms are small but tidy. Shower is frosted glass that seems transparent but it’s not. It’s in the middle of a neighborhood (north Washington Heights) which is very lively. The hotel has events on weekends so I’d ask for a higher floor if you don’t want to hear music blasting from their outdoor club/event venue. We were on the 6th and it was audible but not bad. We were also there when Knicks won championship and it was wild outside, so don’t expect it to be as wild on your stay. The subway is only two blocks away and bus is just around the corner. Food in the area is okay. Latin type food is the most common since the area is dominated by Latinos. It’s the Heights, yo!

The hotel is very organized and the staff are very friendly, but it’s location is terrible. In front of and around the hotel during the day and at night we see many drugged people and beggars, the atmosphere was very tense. The guy in the private parking lot warned us about robberies during the day.That’s, a completely unsafe environment, and the subway station is a block away.

뉴욕의 첫번째 숙소, 맨하탄의 북쪽에 자리, 객실깨끗, 직원친절, 뉴욕 호텔의 인심을 느끼게 해 준 첫 호텔, 냉장고 없음, 물을 데울 도구 없음. 어메니티 없음. 이 호텔 뿐만이 아니라는 걸 알았을 때 이 호텔은 나쁘지않음. 가격은 도심과의 거리로 결정이 된다.
