The apartment looks like it has not been used in a long time. The freezer is frozen and cannot be used. I understand that it’s a beach apartment with does not require A/C but the fan inside the living is not working and those in the bedrooms barely work either. There is no WiFi during the time of my stay at the apartment. I informed the host but she kept on saying that the WiFi is intact but it was not. It was out of bundle with required it to be reloaded. The host never replies email and when she does, it’s short closed answer. The host is very rude in her response. She does not care about the comfort ability of the residents. I have requested for my refund but I was very unhappy with my stay and I hope nobody tries to stay here.
