But on my arrival, they claimed I had to run my credit card as Hotels.com showed no payment!, but on review of statement, it was there! The carpeting between the beds was ripped, the beds were old, soft and poorly made and the furniture was old scuffed and in need of replacement. In general, not what we would expect from Holiday Inn. The staff, however, were pleasant and helpful.

We were placed at the end of the hall near the exit, which made it easy to walk my two dogs. There’s plenty of grassy area outside and I felt safe walking them at night. I had a problem with my reservation, which was Expedia’s fault not the property’s. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful in trying to rectify the situation. It took several minutes to get a representative from Expedia, but as soon as I did, my issue was resolved quickly and professionally by both the Expedia representative and the property representative. I would stay here again.

The hotel staff told us this hotel had not been renovated. The mattresses were very springy. The door to the room slammed shut every time it was open. The part that makes it close slowly was broken. Rust in bathroom. Water pressure was good in the shower and the hot water lasted a good while. The breakfast is okay. No bacon. No cheese omelettes. But they do have scrambled eggs and sausage links.
