One of the best hotels I have stayed at in Melbourne. The fit out is great, staff are friendly with the right balance of professionalism and casual manner. Location is not perfect as I am usually eating or drinking on the north side of the CBD but Uber is super easy to get to/from nights out so was not too fussed about that. If looking for a quality place to stay, I highly recommend.

The hotel was great, with friendly and helpful staff. The complimentary breakfast was also very good, and the hotel facilities were excellent and well worth the stay. One thing to note for future guests is that the location is not the most convenient, particularly for Uber or taxi pickups. I actually got lost twice as both Uber drivers had difficulty finding the hotel entrance. Clearer directions or signage to the entrance would be very helpful.

Very happy with our one night at Hannah St Hotel, staff very attentive & friendly. Had the pool, sauna, steam room to myself at 4pm, very relaxing! Took our drinks up to the terrace to watch the sunset.

With the hotel only opened in about 6 months ago, the amenities still has a new feel to it. However, we booked the room thinking that it would have a separate bath (listed on the details) but that wasn’t the case. We found out later that there are only 3 rooms with a bath at the hotel. We love that all the staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, and the room layout is great and functional. However, there was an issue in our room 706 which we shared privately with the hotel, hope that can be improved in near future. There were also some design improvements that can be made for guests comfort that we shared with the hotel too.

Location is fantastic if you want to be close to the DFO at South Wharf and/ or the Crown Casino. The property and amenities are beautiful and classy with a great pool, gym, and steam room/ sauna. Best of all though was the professional service with a smile. The young lady at the front counter that we dealt with multiple times was lovely and combined politeness and professionalism with a great sense of humour and genuine interest in helping us enjoy our stay. Keep hold of her. We will come back, thanks for having us!!
