We love staying at Bristol! It’s perfectly located with an average of R$ 8 Uber ride to anywhere in the immediate bubble. It’s also right across the mall, where its a super convenience (clothes, food, pharmacy, laundry)! The staff is very polite, professional and helpful. Front desk agents speak English and some also Spanish. The prices are fair, but they could have better towels and blankets for that rate. Its also slightly outdated, and I wished their bar was actually active. Its a shame because its a great space. The breakfast is also really good, staff there are very nice too. Overall, while its not a perfect hotel; it’s my husband’s favorite place to stay in CWB.

Decent hotel in the heart of Batel

Although it looks dated, my room was in excellent condition. Nice decor and furniture. Based opposite Curitiba shopping. Plenty of food outlets if you dont fancy the restaurant menu. Overall a nice hotel. Will use it again in the future. Thanks

Very good value at the time of year we visited compared to top hotels in other large cities we have visited. This part of Brazil is apparently a travel bargain in April. Only negative comments are that on some shifts English or Spanish speakers were not available. However, they were very helpful when they understood us. The hotel fitness center is inadequate. However, there is a nice gym nearby you can pay to use. Free breakfast buffet was enormous, if stocked with some items unfamiliar to Americans. I would expect to pay at least $20 for such a buffet in the US.

Dificuldade em conseguir retirar o carro da garagem pela de madrugada. Tínhamos um voo e precisamos fazer check out de madrugada, atendente fez o procedimento, porém o manobrista estava com dificuldade de retirar o carro do estacionamento e acabou ficando sem suporte da equipe do hotel para que o procedimento fosse realizado e o carro fosse retirado de forma eficaz. Precisa melhorar a comunicação entre os funcionários pela madrugada, já que a recepção é 24 horas, precisaria de alguém lá para os orientar e auxiliar o manobrista. Ficamos aflitos na recepção sem saber o que estava acontecendo aguardando o carro enquanto o recepcionista desapareceu.
