There is nothing that we haven't liked about this hotel! The location is exceptional, a few minutes from the Uffizi Gallery, Accademia, and numerous major Piazzas and Basilicas. The staff were friendly, helpful and spoke perfect English. They also delighted in encouraging my basic Italian. We have stayed there on all 3 trips to Florence, and I highly recommend San Firenze Suites.

Our room was lovely, the staff was so kind and helpful, the breakfast was really good, actually, and the aperitivo in the evening was really great too! I’m so happy we stayed here and I cannot recommend it enough. The location could not be more perfect. Book a room here. You’ll be glad you did!

This property is convenient to many parts of the city. Walked to almost everywhere. The concierge service was excellent from recommendations for dinner to arranging parking and taxi services. The suite was large and beautiful.

This is a nice boutique hotel in a central location in Florence, near the main tourist attractions but slightly off the beaten track so a fairly calm location. Quality of the hotel is generally 4-star, although I would regard the quality of the rooms/suites themselves as 5-star. Good amenities and service.

We stayed on the top floor and the room was spectacular! From the comfortable bed to the astonishing view from our upper patio to the wonderful service (especially Santiago) the hotel was perfect. It is also ideally located to walk anywhere in old Florence within 15 minutes and restaurants everywhere.

We loved the location and spacious, clean rooms. Bathrooms were well appointed and the enclosed shower was lovely after a long day of site-seeing in the heat. Staff was so helpful and accommodating, even making us breakfast bags to go for our very early departure. Would absolutely stay here again!
