Great communication was easy and was understanding to my situation I did a last minute booking and instructions are clear. When you book contact the owner straight away to confirm. Overall beautiful rooms love the style. Only feedback would be the bed is a bit firm. Close to 7 eleven and many eateries as it’s off the Bùi Viện walking street.

I was never able to check-in. Host never responded, I am 100% I showed up at the correct address, it led me to a very rundown building in a dirty alley with no reception or host. I tried messaging the host with no response. I am sure the pictures are totally fake. I wasted money for the booking, hopefully Hotels.com will reimburse me. The Taxi trip to get there costed me money and my vacation time wasted. Please do get scammed like I did. This is the first time this has happened to me booking on Hotels.com, this was a really poor experience. Hotels.com, please do not allow this host to continue using your platform, it's a complete scam, please refund me for this booking. For anyone reading this review, trust me on this one.
