Everything was great until Icouldn't take a shower. The mechanism on tub spout that changes from tub to shower was frozen solid stuck. So, I had to leave without a shower. I can't imagine other guests or housekeeping haven't noticed it.

Every room smells like animal urine. The carpets are disgusting do not walk on the carpets soaked in animal urine as well as the air conditioning units.
