The Maison Maravelle is an ideally positioned boutique in the Old Quarter. The hospitality and communication with the staff was excellent. I stayed in room 501 which was very clean, comfortable, the AC cooled the room quickly, shower temperature was great, Wi-Fi was solid and it was also quiet. Close to so many nice local cafes and restaurants, and the lake a stones throw away, I'd happily recommend a stay at Maison Maravelle for first time and repeat visitors to Hanoi.

I’m so glad I chose this hotel. It was quaint and cute, quiet and comfortable. It was in an excellent and convenient location in the Old Quarter of Hanoi too. The staff were sweet and helpful, and the price was very fair! Just a head’s up that the shower is not separate so it’s right next to the toilet, which Westerners aren’t used to, but I don’t have a problem with that as it’s common in many countries. Also, there wasn’t hot water but I haven’t found that in any hotel I’ve been to in Vietnam, I think because it’s usually just so hot and humid there. I definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

Great place for the price. Staff was very nice. The location was perfect!! Two doors down was the greatest hole in the wall food and beer place. We were able to buy meals for locals that couldn't afford them. I watched them give out multiple free meals. I can't say enough the little restaurant. I would stay at this hotel because of that.
