The apartment was bare bones. 3 rolls of toilet paper for 7 days, 1 tide pod for the washer, no cleaning supplies provided.
The pack and play was broken, there was no hair dryer when we arrived even though we had asked in advance ( they did bring one for us). We had an issue with the toilet that took almost 24 hours to get it fixed ( it wasnt flushing). The shower doesnt drain and you end up standing in 1.5 inches of water the whole shower, which if you want a hot shower, tha hot water only lasts for about 5 minutes which is difficult for more than 1 person to have a shower. It takes a long time to heat back up.
The windows dont have any black out curtains and the one bedroom has a window to the staircase with a light that shines into it.
There is a small elevator but you have to go up 7 stairs to get to with a curve, not ideal for a baby stroller. Otherwise the apartment is on the second floor, but you have to walk up about 5-6 flights of stairs.
The key to the door is very difficult to turn.
None of the bedroom doors have locks on them or even latches so they actually close. The bathroom door does have a lock but the door doesnt close all the way to be able to latch it.
Good location close to metro and the beach and gothic quarter
