A hospedagem estava limpa, porém tinham muitas escadas até o apto. O apto que ficamos era privativo e tinha tudo que precisamos, a cozinha estava bem equipada, era extremamente espaçoso o quarto. A localização era excelente bem pertinho da Ponte Rialto e tbm não tão longe da estação. Tivemos um imprevisto com a porta e precisamos da ajuda do anfitrião, que nos ajudou e respondeu rapidamente a todos nossos questionamentos. A acomodação tem aparência de antiga, mais tudo estava limpo e foi confortável.

Very clean lodging in the center of Venice. Great location close to everything needed during my visit. I was very satisfy with my 4 night stay & I will be happy to come back - highly recommend this apartment for the vacation in Venice. Big thank you to the host Marco!

Le Check-in et le Check-out étaient autonomes et simples. La climatisation nous a sauvés durant notre séjour à Venise étant donné que c’était l’été. La salle de bain et la chambre était spacieuse, et l’appartement était très bien situé. Près du Pont Rialto à pieds tout en étant dans un coin calme.

L’emplacement est excellent. On était à quelques pas du resto ( top 10)recommandés à Venise. Tranquille. Air climatise( un peu brouillant mais fonctionnel). Lit très cofortsbles. Salle de bain propre.

Great location. Kindly accommodated my early check in request after an international flight. My only small complain is that it’s very noisy - original beautiful floors, and doors create this problem- maybe ask guests to be a little more mindful

Die Unterkunft befindet sich ca. 5 Minuten von der Rialto-Brücke entfernt. Zimmer war sehr geräumig, Bad neu eingerichtet. Durch die kleinen Gassen erschienen vorbeigehende Passanten sehr laut, auch nachts. Oropax sind empfehlenswert.

Room was only OK. The information for WiFi was wrong. Using WhatsApp we corresponded to ask how to fix the problem. The answer was to look at router near bed. It was not near bed. Answer was sometimes they move it. I did find it and I was able to figure out that both WiFi name and password were incorrect without help. I asked if we could use washer and for instructions. Answer was yes but I don’t know how it works. We did not figure it out. Room was acceptable, clean enough but not great. Musty smell.

Location was fantastic, nice and clean. We had the deluxe room and it was huge. Towels, Fridge, TV, kettle, mugs and wine glasses all in the room. I love the fact that everything was no further than 15-20 minutes walk. Would definitly recommend to anyone staying in Venice My only critisism was that the bed sheets were really thin and when we asked for more we were told they didnt have any.

Old world charm with modern amenities

Beatiful room in a quiet area but within minutes of St Mark's Square. The room was clean and spacious with a mini fridge, kettle, tea and coffee, small seating area, comfortable bed, and clean bathroom. WiFi worked well. There was a small hiccup with the shower and no hot water but the owner responded to my message promptly and we had hot water in less than a half hour.

Lovely Room on third floor. We stayed in Catriona Room. Bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. Only issue was strong smell of sewage in bathroom. Everything was very clean though. We took it in stride and kept the door to the bathroom closed. Sound carried in the apartments, but we took this in stride. We got a good price on the room in Venice. Loved Venice.

Tras un incidente con el alojamiento reservado, Expedia nos reubicó en éste y he de decir que hemos estado muy bien. La habitación muy espaciosa (con neverita, hervidor, tazas, copas, té y Nescafé ) y el baño, aunque estaba fuera, completamente nuevo. Todo estaba muy limpio y calentito (hacia mucho frío fuera). Otro buen detalle es que, en la zona común, había cafetera y café. Se agradece. No le pongo 5 estrellas porque las escaleras pesan un poco después de tantas caminatas y el edificio no está muy bien mantenido. Por lo demás estupendo.

Wir verbrachten hier 2 Nächte. Waren sehr zufrieden und würden wieder kommen. Das Zimmer war groß und von der Einrichtung her eine angenehme Mischung aus alt und modern. Gute Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit durch elektrisch regulierbare Rollläden. Zimmer sehr hellhörig von der Straße und anderen Duschen.
