Great price for central London, breakfast included and plenty of choice. Kitchen could use some more cutlery and plates but very clean.

It was clean everywhere especially the shared shower room. Would be good if you provide hooks for the towels in the shared shower room. Lovely breakfast, Reception staff was very helpful and kind. Some kitchen staff need to smile more often. Would def booked again.

6/10 Good

Easy check-in, incredibly helpful staff. The room was fantastic for the price especially the sink provided. Clean and comfortable - the fan helped. It was helpful to have a kitchen and water fountains too. The biggest thing that lets this place down is the shared toilet/shower cubicles. Especially as the flush clearly didn't work well so you'd enter the toilet to a surprise.. it was gross. As a woman, i hated that these toilets weren't gender segregated - that's honestly mind boggling.

I didn’t give 5 ⭐️ as little things not match completely The reception staff some are very good and helpful/friendly when other it’s more interested on look at the computer or phone. Saying that I must compliments the kitchen staff, friendly, smiling a very good welcoming for start the day and the food was spot on. The room was a bit hot as doesn’t have air conditioning, and the shower wasn’t very clean, which it’s understandable as it’s a share toilet. I still give 4⭐️ over all and 6⭐️ for staff.

Student accommodation. Basic room with sink and double bed, desk and wardrobe. Shared bathroom. Everything was very clean. Breakfast included in the price and was very good. Great location.

10/10 Exceptional

Amazing value for money. Very friendly staff at reception and for breakfast and the free breakfast was really tasty - buffet style fry up or oats, fruit, toast, juice and coffee/tea. Fantastic location with a view of the BT tower from my room! It looks newly decorated which was a bonus. The only slight issue was the hooks in the showers aren't booked enough to hang the towel or clothes easily.
