Very clean and neat. Great service from the desk. Close to Disney Land. Only shortcoming is thath there is almost no shops or restaurants or bars nearby the hotel. And its a bit far fron the subway so u should take uber to reach there. Thank you for the kind service fromt he desk. And there is a Korean staff who helped us greatly. Willing to stay again for Disney resort visiting.

館内、部屋内は清掃が行き届いており清潔。時間帯は限られるが葛西臨海公園駅やディズニーリゾートとのシャトルバスもあり、ディズニーへのアクセスは問題ない。大浴場も広く、時間をずらせば貸切状態となる。 不満とまではいかないが、強いて欠点を挙げるなら、アメニティが少ない(クレンジングや化粧水等がない)、部屋に水がない(共用部にウォーターサーバーあり)、住宅街に立地するので周辺にお店がほぼない(最寄りコンビニまで徒歩5分)こと。 いずれにせよ、ディズニー訪問時にオフィシャルホテル等に泊まらない場合のファーストチョイスとして有力。

男性のお風呂が、夜にサウナがないので、連泊したのに入れなかったので、交代で夜にサウナが入れるようにして欲しい。後、男性風呂のロッカーが臭かったです。 連泊した場合、その日によって、お風呂の暗証番号が変わる事を、教えてもらえてなかったので、お風呂とフロントを右往左往しなくちゃならなかったので、それは教えておいて欲しかったです。4人で泊まると部屋は狭く感じます。 駐車場が1日3,000円は良いのですが、ディズニーリゾートに行く事を考えると、チェックアウト後の夜まで止めても良いようにして欲しい。それがないのに3,000円は高いです。
