If it were possible to give this hotel minus five stars, I would.
My experience was extremely disappointing. The room I received was very dirty. The bed sheets were not clean, and there was hair on the beds under the covers. The beds themselves were very old, worn out, and extremely uncomfortable. The bathrooms were filthy, the floor was wet and covered with water, and the room had a very unpleasant smell.
I went to reception to request a clean room, but instead of offering a proper solution, the staff asked me to return to the room and wait for someone to clean it, even though my family and all our belongings were already inside. This is not an acceptable way to handle such a situation.
The staff attitude was also unprofessional, especially one employee who does not speak Arabic and treated guests in a very disrespectful and commanding manner.
The transportation service to the Haram is poorly organized. The bus arrives after long intervals, many guests end up waiting on the ground, and passengers are required to change buses on the road, which makes the process inconvenient and exhausting.
In the end, I returned the room card and left the hotel, even though I had already paid for the night, because the situation was simply unacceptable.
I will also be submitting a formal complaint to the tourism authorities.
I strongly advise travelers to think carefully before booking this hotel, especially if they are traveling with family.
