The stay was good. It is a 3-BHK condo that comfortably accommodates up to 6 people and feels very much like a homestay. The property is located in a rainforest setting, offering a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere. Restaurants are about a 20–30 minute drive away, but this is not an issue if you plan to cook, as the condo has a fully equipped kitchen. Overall, it was a very enjoyable and relaxing stay for three days.

If you arrive late in the evening, the location can feel a bit eerie—it’s very quiet, and you can hear birds chirping. There’s a lovely terrace and beautiful nature around. However, it’s quite remote, with no restaurants or shops nearby. The bed is very uncomfortable—too soft, with synthetic bedding. The furniture is okay.

A quiet and peaceful hotel located in a rainforest village, perfect for enjoying nature. The place was very clean, and communication with the staff was great. They responded quickly and handled issues efficiently. The only small downside was that the mattress was a bit too soft. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

The room was clean and was a great surprise in a time of need when there were no rooms anymore in San Juan due to the amazing liberation of Venezuela which caused a minor inconvenience to the rest of us for delay in flights. A small price for ridding the good people of the stain of Maduro.

This property overlooks the El Junque Forest and has the most beautiful sunset! The place was clean, modern fixtures and furniture. The owner was very responsive to our requests. I recommend taking a screen shot of instructions to get in and the WiFi code. My phone had poor signal on part of the drive up the mountain. I was able to get on the WiFi in the parking lot, find the code to get in the property and communicate on the app quickly. This may not be an issue for your phone carrier, but it was for me. We booked last minute and the owner was very efficient getting us the information we needed for the stay. A very beautiful stay! I hope to come back here one day!

We get there on time, no office , we called no answer , and Expedia tried to reach them as well no answer I remember Milo tried to help me, this is a scam don’t believe in the good reviews from Expedia , and last no refund stay with my money , thank god it was just one night, again beware of this place

Upon arrival the shower head in the room I booked was broken. I was moved to another room. The air conditioner was leaking onto an outlet where a record player was plugged in. This could have started an electrical fire. I had to unplug and move the record player and stand on . Window in bathroom would not open and there was no fan. So much condensation caused a drip from the ceiling which led to the bathroom floor being soaked and due to this I fell in the bathroom. “House keeping” knocked at like 5am which was not normal. It was inconvenient having to switch apartments twice. There was also a planned power outage that I received a very late notice for. Dryers do not completely dry the clothes. I was very dissatisfied and disappointed with my stay at otium rainforest house. If service is needed you are expected to stay in your apartment and wait until maintenance of whoever decides to show up. Super unprofessional and inconvenient.
