Really a 4 Star Hotel???

I don’t think this is really a 4 Star Hotel, as everything needs extra fees. Also, the staff are not knowledgeable enough, I asked the same question thrice to different people, and got back 3 different answers. When given wrong information, they expect us to bear the responsibility alone.

五星级酒店的价格 二星酒店的设施。地段偏远。房间甚至连牙刷都没有。住了三晚，4000港币。看到这家酒店的时候，就感觉自己被骗了，要求退房，服务员坚决不退钱，所有只有硬着头皮住下去。屋里各种设施都比较脏，灯光昏暗，WI-FI只能一个人上，看电视要另外付费，毛巾脏。

The paintings were wonderful with a great theme throughout the hotel with furniture to match the theme. I had a beautiful chaise lounge in my room. Very comfortable for a night before and after hospital close to the Alfred. Only negative was that the stairs in front of the hotel are low compared to average and not well lit at night as well as being dark grey. I tripped and fell down the last three on my walk to the hospital to have my procedure scraping my shin and both knees.

We had some very noisy neighbors the first night and did not report to the Staff. The noise continued the next night and we reported to the staff. They Handled the complaint very professionally and the noise stopped the next night. We were told if it happened again to contact them straight away but all was good from here on.

We require an accessible room and was very happy with it, as it definitely had all the requirements that we needed. Unfortunately there was an electrical problem with our room, and they had no more accessible rooms. They did try to see if my husband could manage in another room but unfortunately he couldn’t. We live in the country so that is why we stayed the night before our appointment at the Alfred hospital in the morning. The staff were fantastic and found us other suitable accommodation close to the hospital at no extra cost to us, which we are very grateful for. Could not have asked for better service from the manager and staff on that day. Would definitely stay there again.
