I would highly recommend booking with Miami Reservations the service was awesome. Communication was great and they answered all questions that I had. The apartment was clean and you could smell the freshness when you walked in the door. It was conveniently located in walking distance of a he beach, shopping and many dining options.

The heat does not work , they had two electrican working in the apartment during my stay i paid for . I had two men in the room working while i was in my underwear and freezing . They refuse to refund me. I had to escalate maters to a supervisor… and book another stay . It was terrible not to mention the host sent me a picture of a peice of ice and told me to stay warm . They are terrible.

Room was in okay condition. Couch was a bit dingy and that’s being nice. Bed was comfy. No paper towels in the kitchen. Has a coffee maker and filters but no coffee or condiments for coffee. Ice trays would be a nice plus. Every time I tried to call for questions no one answered the phone but 1 time. A better understanding of what is required upon check out, we were a little confused on what all we needed to do as far as linens and used dishes.
