Family trip to tour South Korea and this place was our first stop. Upon check-in, we were given free shopping bags and small cute bags as complimentary. Location of this place is extremely good, the staff were very good, and the luggage storage was nice of them to hold for almost a week for us while we head down to Busan. Facilities were bit on the older side and washroom shower pressure could use a bit of improvement. Nonetheless, a 4 star review.

It is a very bad experience staying in this hotel for our first trip to Seoul. We asked for a change of room in the 2nd night. It is a very, very terrible experience I have with a hotel, which is supposed to be of a certain standard. It is very disappointing with this hotel. I thought this should be a good hotel under Wyndham group? I have lost confidence and will not stay in this hotel anymore. Even my 12yo boy finds it to be a terrible hotel. Our whole family of 4 are very disappointed with this hotel. We will not stay again in this hotel. Never!
