The room size was comfortable, and the floor-to-ceiling windows were a great touch, offering beautiful city views. The staff truly stood out, providing exceptional hospitality and friendliness throughout our stay. Breakfast was enjoyable, though it could benefit from a bit more variety. The hotel’s location is excellent, within walking distance of the French Quarter, Bourbon Street, and Canal Street. The only drawback was the city noise, but we were able to manage it using soundscapes on YouTube. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Super clean and roomy room! Definitely my go to hotel for NOLA! Better than any other hotel downtown. This hotel is brand new and walkable to everywhere! We stayed on the 18th floor and our views were amazing. Do yourself a favor and book here, you won’t be disappointed.

We were greeted with a warm welcome upon our arrival and walked in during happy hour. We were offered wine and a charcuterie board; later that evening there was herbal tea being steeped for our pleasure. The room had a small but full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher sink, dishes, two queen beds and a couch. Hotel staff was friendly, informative & helpful. Breakfast was made to order and the blueberry muffins are the best I have ever had. Everything was within distance of the hotel whether you were walking or taking a street car, It was a great experience and when I return, I will be staying here again.

Good spot near the library (Use the Airport Express bus for $1.25 from the airport~ 5min walk to the hotel). Also near Canal/Bourbon ~8 min walk. The staff was super helpful from the outside staff to the inside staff. Breakfast was good. The rooms were high enough to have a Good view of Canal St. I would recommend this to family and friends.

really wanted to love this new hotel, but unfortunately our stay was extremely disappointing. During 4 out of the 5 days we were there, we were significantly inconvenienced. There were two false fire alarms, both of which required us to evacuate and walk down 15 flights of stairs. This was not only frustrating but exhausting and disruptive. On top of that, we experienced multiple maintenance issues throughout our stay. At various times, there was no running water, no hot water, and the air conditioning was not working. These are basic amenities that should be reliable, especially at a newly opened property. While the staff was polite, the repeated disruptions and lack of essential services made our stay very uncomfortable. For a new hotel, this was far below expectations. I hope management takes these issues seriously and resolves them quickly for future guests. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not stay here again.

It was a terrible experience sadly. The wifi was completely unusable the entire five days, the shower lost water entirely while we were there, so we had to go a day without showering at all, the fire alarm went off, and overall there was just a low level of effort from all of the staff we encountered. Not that they did a bad job, but there was a lack of urgency and professionalism that you'll see at higher tier hotels that simply was not there when we stayed.
