Staff was friendly polite respectful and to themselves meaning they weren't all up your you know what lol. Place is new so we had the chance to experience a hotel stay with all new appliances and what not. Although the bed was not that comfortable. The metal frame was not leveled so it was a noisy. The mattress not only was it uncomfortable and bad for my back it also would start slidding off once you'd sit on it. That's pretty much everything.

The reception staff was welcoming and efficient. My suite was immaculate, roomy, with appliances helpful for an extended stay. A coffee maker, dish and cookware set were available for purchase. The exercise room and laundry were clean. Parking was plentiful. This location is excellent for shopping and easy access to freeways. I hope to stay here again, on return trips to San Diego.

There are zero amenities. No housekeeping. Towels must be exchanged at front desk when need new ones. Noise level is INSANE. The doors slam in every room and entry way, so you hear door slams 24hrs a day. It is AWFUL. No peace or rest at all.

The hotel is under a highway and there is constant noise from the traffic. I was not able to get any sleep. Additionally, you can hear the upstair neighbors walking around and it sounds like they’re stomping. I believe this is a poor construction issue and not unruly behavior.
