Location: The best thing about this apartment hotel is its location. It is located right in the historic place d’armes square and there is always beautiful music playing. It is located in old Montreal and you can walk everywhere. There is fabulous coffee/gift right next door and great places to eat and shop right at your footsteps. The building: The building is very secure, you will need to enter three different codes to access your apartment. The apartment: Our 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and clean. We had a nice view of the hotel place d’armes. Two bathrooms were amazing for our family with young kids. And the washer and dryer worked well! Laundry pods are provided. The beds were super comfortable. If you need towels or anything , one time we got a super fast response (towels and pillows) and another time (broken toilet seat) no response. The rain showerhead was also not working in one of the bathroom but the handheld was fine. The bathroom drawers were also not fully functioning. All minor things but if was fully working or if there was a response from the apartment to fix it that would have made it a 10/10 stay! Wifi worked well! Overall, still highly, highly recommend for the location (100/10) , cleanliness and comfortable beds!

511 Place d'Armes is a type of apartohotel without a lobby. The access is very easy and safe with code to the doors. The location is unbeatable right in front of Notre-Dame Basilica. There is a parking on premises but with height restrictions we had to park at 235 Rue de l"Hopital, a very convenient and secure underground parking, an easy 2 min walk from the hotel. The premises at 511 Place were immaculate. We had 2 bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, a full kitchen, living room, dining room and a laundry. The hotel is situated in an old bank building but the apartment was beautifully renovated. Just around the corner is lovely creperie Maison Bagatelle. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

The accommodation is very nice, however it was not equiped properly for our stay. The appt we booked could accomodate 8 guests however there were no bed sheets, pillows, or towels for 2 guests. All the closets were locked so we could not locate any additinoal items. The host took a while to respond to obtain these items and told us to go to the storage unit ourselves to get the items. This is not the experience I would expect from a "hotel".

Excellent location….centrally located to everything plus magical feel next to Basilica. We rented 3 rooms super apartment….kitchen was nice and bathrooms and rooms. I only found that 1 bedroom didn’t have vent and was warm at night so needed portable fan, which we bought, and the WiFi was very choppy so difficult watching movies. Otherwise everything was great. Highly recommended

Had no wifi all my stay. It was bumbering all the time not even tv i can put something on because of no wifi ! Windows were very dusty n havespider webs . They should clean the glass to atleast see outside . So dirty glass that u cant even see the view. Towels were not clean .
