Such a great place to stay! Central to everything, so many restaurants and coffee shops closeby. Such a lively part of the city. The other hotel guests were great as well. We really enjoyed the hot tub and loved the whole stay. Thank you!

Great location in the middle of the Latin Quarter, with restaurants aplenty and lots of liveliness, but a peaceful night's sleep at the back of the building. Easy walk into the Old Town too.

This was not a good stay. The hotel was hard to find, there’s nothing to tell you you’re in the right place and the message from the property didn’t mention it’s up a flight of stairs. Our room had the heating on already but the temperature controls didn’t work so it couldn’t be switched off. I messaged the property a number of times but got no response other than generic “how is your stay” messages. The room was well equipped but this was spoiled by the fact the only window our room had looked out on the communal entrance and deck area so we only had privacy if we kept the curtains closed. I would not stay here again.

We had a great stay at this hotel! Everything was clean, neat, and very spacious. The room was a great fit for our family of six, and we really appreciated having enough space for everyone to be comfortable. The cinema theme throughout the hotel was such a cute and fun touch. It gave the property a unique personality and made the stay more enjoyable. I also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of providing earplugs because of the noise from the businesses out front. Thankfully, we didn’t really need to use them, but it was nice that the hotel anticipated that concern. One small thing I would have appreciated was complimentary water in the room. The only negative during our stay was noticing several small black flies/bugs in the bathroom, particularly around the mirror and the towels. This was disappointing and something I hope the hotel can address. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The spacious room, cleanliness, fun cinema theme, and thoughtful touches made it a great experience for our family.

First off, this is NOT a traditional hotel, it is more of an ABNB. This was not a problem, but I dont think was clear on Hotels.com. The property is a stacked set of studio apartments, really. It is located in the “Latin Quarter”. The entire street is lined with restaurants and bars. It is a very festive environment, yet quiet inside. The furnishings were very modern and in like new condition. Since Hotels.com was basically acting as a “middle-man”, there were some small hiccups in terms of communication with the host. The host was responsive and worked to resolve the communications. We were in town for an athletic competition, so the local environment wasnt what we were looking for. But if you were visiting to have a good time, this location would be perfect. The inside decor was based on a cinema theme. Lots of cool posters, pictures from famous movies. That was well-done and quite entertaining. One important detail is in regard to parking. This was very difficult between availability and the fact that all signs are in French. Recommend coming in by metro, taxi, or rideshare. All in all, I would recommend!

Upon arrival blood smears on shower door, hair and dirt on unclean sheets. Had to do my own laundry in the hotel as there were no backup sheets. Walls are paper-thin. You can hear other guests direct conversations. Property management was extremely irresponsible. Guests used hot tub un

The Theatre Hotel was exactly what I was looking for. I was in town for a quick night shooting a concert and needed a comfy place to come back to edit and get some sleep. The room was very clean, had everything I needed, and was in a cool neighborhood of Montreal I hadn’t been to before. There’s a lot of good food/drink options right outside of the door, and the metro is a short walk. Overnight parking wasn’t too far away either for anyone that is able to walk a short distance. The place does require climbing stairs, so not good for accessibility, but otherwise a perfect cozy space!
