I loved the fact that check in was a breeze and the staff was super friendly. Parking was a little confusing, but we found our way. It was so worth getting lost because when we got to our room, it was amazing, clean, and the room temp was just like I wanted it to be. not to mention the bar and grill on site was amazing and I wished I would have gotten our servers name because she made the night. I am definitely going back in a month or so. Thanks for everything.

Very nice location and multiple options to do adjacent to the resort on the Harbor walk We found it difficult to navigate throughout the Emerald Grande as signage/elevators were not well defined. Many of the staff couldn’t help us either. After day 3 we became more familiar. There was a map but it’s not well designed. That’s my recommendation to improve signage and teach staff how to help guests navigate the resort

Unfortunately the pools are not heated as stated on the site. Our room was super clean tho! I will say if you’re into ghost this is the place for you. Our room was haunted! Stuff moved around at night. Something pushing the curtain with force. Something walking around the room. Did I mention that it likes to poke you while you sleep. We were going to see family and left a night early because of it. Hotel is great but spooky!
