We loved staying at the rivera maya. The rooms are comfortable and large! It's walkable to the beach, shopping, dining, etc. We will definitely be back. Manual at the front desk was pleasant and wonderful s to work with. They offer complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas. Couldn't ask for more

Loved staying here. We had a garden suite which was a beautiful little oasis to come back to after being in the crowds. Playa has become a very busy crowded place but we enjoy the amazing dining options therefore never stay at a resort. The suite was spacious and comfortable and the staff were amazing. Will definitely put it at the top of places we’ve stayed in Playa.

A couple of nights in Playa del Carmen

We had a good stay at Riviera Maya Suites. We enjoyed the amenities, location and swimming pool. The service (tone) was not the best at reception but it was better after this, Make sue to have a room/flat overlooking the garden and not the street to avoid the noise from the quinta avenida.

We stayed here and had two bungalows, staff were helpful and very friendly. We had full self catering facilities, and the hotel was ideally located for the beach and for 5th avenue where all the night life is and planet of bars and restaurants. I would definitely choose this hotel again.
