Beautiful space. Club noise loud, but tolerable. But in a cold snap in Playa room was FREEZING overnight. Staff provided extra blankets but we were pretty uncomfortable. Recommend the hotel, but not the palapa rooms.

The roomamd property eas very celan and everyone so friendly. Loved all the greenery around the suites and very private and quiet. We enjoyed the pool area as well We would recommend softer mattresses on the beds. Very hard and a choice between a fat pillow and a thin pillow. We did ask.oir housekeeper for a different one which she foind for us. The washer presssure in the shower was not good nor hot. But other than that we loved it. We appreciated the gallon of drinkable water as well
