This is a great option to stay for a few days in Venice. Check in was super easy, the surrounds are beautiful, and we were able to leave our bags after checkout. The room was clean, a smart TV was provided, and there was complimentary water and coke in the refrigerator. There's a water taxi stop a 3 minute walk away making transport to and from the airport convenient. Highly recommend.

Clean room, the lady on reception was so welcoming and allowed us to leave our bags as we had a later flight. Great location as it's about 20 minutes walk to the centre. Only thing I would say is bring portable chargers as we only had one plug socket in the bathroom.

Unforgettable Stay at Casanova Hideaway! Casanova Hideaway was the absolute perfect home base for our trip to Venice! The location couldn't be better—just a 3-minute walk from the ferry terminal and an easy, scenic 20-minute stroll to Piazza San Marco. Following the clear address provided made finding it seamless. The surrounding neighborhood felt very safe, even while walking around late at night, and offered fantastic access to local restaurants and top sights. The room itself was exceptionally clean and comfortable. A special touch was the chair placed right by the window—the moment we opened it in the morning, we understood why! Sitting there enjoying the gorgeous, peaceful view with our breakfast and morning coffee was pure magic. A huge thank you to Vittoria, who was wonderfully friendly and helpful from the moment we booked. Her local restaurant recommendations were spot on! We loved our stay and highly recommend Casanova Hideaway to anyone visiting Venice.

The hotel was excellent, clean, and the staff were very nice. The only thing that I was upset about is that when cleaning the room, our air conditioner was turned off so the room was very hot when we got back. It also was not done being cleaned by late afternoon when we wanted to come back and rest before dinner.

The Two first days without hot water to take a shower. No blanket in one of the beds, it was cold we ask for a blanket that never came. Romans are getting used to mistreat tourists as the city is full of them.

L’accueil et les conseils de Vittoria en matière de de bonnes adresses au top . En revanche la chambre était minuscule et surtout la climatisation n’a pas fonctionné. Une fournaise Nous n’avons rien dormi . Par ailleurs l’insonorisation des chambres était à peu près nulle Bref un bel endroit dans une jolie ruelle mais d’un point de vue confort assez médiocre hélas Jlp

Excellent service, nice and clean rooms. The location is perfect if you don't want to stay in the busiest areas of Venice, but you can still reach all popular tourist destination by foot.
