The property is at the heart of where you want to be to walk to nearby attractions, restaurants, public transit, etc. The room itself was tight but provided adequate space for two people. Walls are a bit thin so you can hear well outside your door but overall I felt very comfortable in the room. Staff was very helpful in setting us up with our code to the building and room. Very secure, safe and convenient that we didn’t need to carry around a card. The building itself is a bit old and dusty at the elevator area. We did enjoy our time here and would highly recommend

The bed and pillows were large and incredibly comfortable, making the room feel like a true luxury suite. The staff was outstanding from the moment we booked until we checked out. They helped us arrange museum visits and day trips, and their customer service was truly exceptional. Plus, the location is perfect just half a block from Gran Vía. We’re really happy with our experience and highly recommend this hotel!

Easy check in and a nice room. Didnt refill coffee and tea, but otherwise quite alright. There was USB-A and C outlet by the bed, but didn't find any ordinary power outlets.
