Clean room. Breakfast is fantastic lots of choice from full English to healthy options like oats and yogurt and fruit. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna are clean and are open at great times. Staff were so helpful and polite. My only downfall this time on my stay was the mattress was far to soft felt like I could of fallen out of bed a few times and only had plug sockets on 1 side of the room so couldn't have my phone next to the bed. But apart from that was a great stay and would definitely recommend. I would stay again for sure.

Evening meal and breakfast were excellent with great choices. Breakfast would have been nicer if there was some black pudding to go with the other fab offerings. Wonderful location as there is a tram stop opposite the hotel and a small amount of on sight parking. All staff are very helpful

Lovely hotel, great location. Limited free parking, we had to pay for parking on a near by car park. The door to the hotel was broken at the entrance, and the revolving door was also broken. Check in was simple, but lacked information, had to ask several questions. Rooms didn't have any information in either. The staff in the restaurant were lovely. Heidi was our waitress and such a character for both evening meal and breakfast. She made light conversation and joked with me about my love of the ham, that had been on the buffet. We didn't have the main meal as we had plenty of choice from the delicious starters and desserts. The pool was clean and a lovely addition to the hotel facilities. Lift was great for the higher floors, after a day walking. The night staff on the front desk went above and beyond, I didn't catch his name but I asked if I was safe stepping outside late at night. I would of like a few additional tea bags in the room upon arrival, but I enquired at the front desk and was offered more. I will be coming back to this hotel, value for money was great.

Breakfast was great. The staff were excellent, however the room was really small. Parking was really tight and we were lucky to find a spot that blocked in other cars so we needed to hand the keys offer to staff to move our car if needed. The swimming pool was small for that size of hotel therefore really busy. The building looked really tired and is in need of refurbishment. 4/10
