This was my first experience with Cozy Suites, and overall the stay was wonderful. The building was quiet, check-in was easy, and the location was very convenient. My only constructive feedback is that the furniture in the unit was quite uncomfortable. The couch was unusable, and I ended up sitting on the floor and leaning against the couch. Likewise the bar stools were not very comfortable. So, I suggest an upgrade to seating options.

Stylish, clean, convenient 1 BR apartment on the south end of downtown. Easy walk to the Convention Center, Nicollet bus mall, and Loring Park. I didn't take advantage of any of the extra building amenities (fitness room, pool, etc.), but they looked nice!
